Looking for Mobiquity Manager - Gurgaon - Telecom Product Based Company
Technical/Functional: Knowledge and support experience on Mobile Money/ e-Wallet/ Prepaid recharge/ credit card payment solutions etc. Proficient in Apache Web, Oracle, JDK/JRE, Linux, Apache Tomcat and other Web application servers. Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on OS/ applications/ Network/ Interfaces / DBs. Vendor/ 3rd party co-ordination, Monitoring & Reporting skills. Ensuring the closer of cases (IR/SRs) with in defined SLA. Make configuration changes or apply patches to meet customer requirements or resolve complaints. Exposure in ITIL based processes on Fault Management, Change Management/ Configuration Management, Problem management and Performance management. Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix/Linux preferred. Good knowledge of common hardware Issues related to (HP/IBM/Cisco etc.) servers/ SAN storage/ L2-L3 switches/ Load Balancers/ Firewalls etc. Good knowledge on cloud technologies like AWS, MS Azure etc. Review various documents prepared by the junior team members. Guide the junior support staff in understanding application functions, technology and in resolving the cases. Identify the areas of improvement and take pro-active approach for the same.

Ability to produce and monitor effective plans and take responsibility for achieving them – by co-coordinating resources, expediting progress and escalating problem issues. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Positive and flexible attitude with readiness to work in Morning/Afternoon shifts.
General abilities Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools, Ticketing tools and MS Excel. A Self-starter – must be productive with minimal direction. Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment
