Bmc Remedy Developer

We are hiring "BMC Remedy Helix Developer" for one of our major MNC client (On Role).

Job Description:

1. Fulfill Enterprise Service Desk and BMC Incident requests, and work with the customer to help implement solutions.

2. Implement/Upgrade/Develop/Administer ITSM Remedy Version 8.1 or greater

3. Using BMC Remedy Developer Studio to customize forms, fields, overlay, workflows and related system components in accordance with project requirements

4. Experienced in Designing Service Catalogue/Services using SRM processes (AOT/PDT/SRD)

5. Hands on Designing Server Group, Failover, operation Ranking at architecture level

6. Perform application upgrades, including installing up to date patches and service packs to maintain the system to supported versions

7. Monitor operations and system performance of the ITSM Remedy Application suite

8. Work with network, server, and database support groups to troubleshoot and define performance based on industry standard and vendor best practice

9. Extract and import foundational data as needed in support of ITSM application modules e.g.

10. Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, RKM, CMDB etc.

11. Must be able to develop and implement roll-back and backup plans

12. Provide ITSM product support to users using the Remedy Application Suite

13. Maintain all environments: DEV, TEST and Production running efficiently

14. Follow formal code development, migration and Change Management processes.

15. Experience with integration methodologies like AI, Web Services, Rest-API etc.

16. Experience on Java, JSP, Angular JS

17. All the above activities need to be performed in conjunction with BMC Remedy ITSM Application ( Helix v19.02 and above - On Prem)

Qualification & Experience:

1. ITSM Process analysis & process expertise with strong CMDB knowledge. (Mandatory)

2. Business Documentation.

3. ITIL Foundation certification (Mandatory).

4. ITIL Intermediate Certification (Nice to Have).

5. Knowledge & Experience on BMC Remedy ITSM Implementation.

6. Knowledge & Experience on BMC Remedy Helix application (Preferred).

7. Project Management Skills.

8. Knowledge of Agile ways of working.

Experience: 7+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days max

Academic background: B.E / B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA
